Regarding hate crimes, Black people have not been the primary targets of hate crime since 1994. In fact, they are a distant fourth place. Since 1994, the primary targets of hate crimes are gays. Followed by Jews and Muslims.

However, Black people are the leading perpetrators of hate crimes, per capita. 13% of the population commits over 22% of all hate crimes. Moreover, Black people murder over twice as many other racial groups as that same racial group murders Black people; i.e. Blacks murder over twice as many Whites as vice-versa, over twice as many Asians, Native Americans, etc. And it has been that way for as long as the FBI has been tracking it.

Reverse racism is not a thing. It's just "racism," and anyone of any race can be guilty of it.
