Pleaded guilty to murder? Why?
I'm afraid you don't understand what murder is. Murder is killing someone, with malice aforethought, when there is no legal justification to. That is how the law defines it. When Kyle Rittenhouse pleaded guilty, he was arguing that he did have legal justification to use deadly force to defend himself. The jury agreed.
So, why should he plead guilty to murder when he didn't murder anyone?
