I'm starting to follow you. You have an impossible time admitting you're wrong. To you, it's an irredeemable loss of face, and you'd sooner die.

There is no concept of "justice" that America can inject into the situation you describe. American "justice" has absolutely nothing, zero, zip, nada, zilch to do with the situation of the diplomat's wife.

It is entirely an international treaty. We have no jurisdiction over crimes committed on foreign soil. It is not American justice. The same thing would happen if the Russian ambassador were visting Brazil and his wife committed crimes there. Is it now "Russian justice" you have a problem with?

And diplomatic immunity prevents her from being tried for her crimes.

And please stop trying to pretend that you have some enlightened concept that is over my head, and too stupid to understand. You had to be told that diplomatic immunity extends to the consort of the diplomat.
